Description
This program is through Reston Community Center. Join Giant In Store Nutritionist, Natalie Kannan, as we explore each of the five food groups, using interactive games throughout the grocery store. We will learn how to build nutritious balanced plates to fuel our bodies. Please meet at Giant Food at the Foxmill Village Center, located at 2551 John Milton Drive, Herndon, VA 20171. For directions, call 703 715 9852. Parent/caregiver must fully participate in the activities. This program is not appropriate for children younger or older than the advertised age range. All participating children must register. ages 2-5
