Local Drop-off Locations for Donations to Hurricane Harvey Victims

According to the Texas Diaper Bank, diapers are not provided by disaster relief agencies. Some Texas charities are accepting shipments of needed personal hygiene items such as diapers and new underwear. Here are some local options if you would like to drop-off such items:

Moss Building & Design, Sept 5 & 12 from 10a-3p, 4125 Lafayette Center Dr #100, Chantilly, VA 20151 

  • We will be collecting donations for the Texas Diaper Bank from 10am-3pm to support Hurricane Harvey victims. Simply drop off you items at our office from 10am-3pm on September 5th and our Community Relations team will handle the rest! We're giving away $50 MOSS gift certificates for anyone who drops off a donation! 
  • Please consider donating: Baby diapers: any brand and any size, Pull-ups, Formula, Wipes, Adult diapers, New or gently used baby items: clothes, blankets, bottles, breast pumps and small toys​

  • ​Accepting pet supplies (especially dog and cat food), new and used towels and blankets, cleaning supplies, paper towels and packing tape 
  • Accepting monetary donations to benefit Wings of Rescue, Dallas DogRRR and SPCA of Brazoria County Texas.

Additionally, Fairfax County recently wrote that FEMA recommends monetary donations as the most effective way to help Hurricane Harvey disaster relief.
