How I Still Exercise After Having Kids

When I had my first baby, I would attempt to exercise during his naps or push him in the jogging stroller.  That (mostly) worked but things have changed since having my second baby! It is much more difficult to find spare time to exercise now. That is why I'm so glad my kids enjoy the Kidz Klubs at Worldgate Sport&Health and Onelife Fitness in Reston. It is easy to drop them off knowing they are safe and having fun while I get a chance to exercise. I used to feel guilty dropping them off, but now I've realized exercise makes me a better mom.  I have much more patience and energy after working out. I believe it is important for moms and dads to take care of their health so they can take care of their kids!

Onelife Fitness in Reston has an infant/toddler playroom, a huge indoor play structure with slides and tunnels, an outside play area, and a second indoor playroom. 





Worldgate Sport&Health has a toddler playroom with a separate infant room containing infant swings. Bonus- they will change diapers at this location! There is a separate room for older kids, and a basketball court. It looks really fun for older kids.



Both Kidz Klubs locations are very secure and give you and your child matching wristbands. You need to sign them in and out. The staff are friendly and great with my kids. They are open on the weekends as well as weekday mornings, late afternoon and evenings.
